If you want to post this in your journal, post the title as I am afraid of ____ out of 75 common fears.

If you have more than 30 you need counciling.
If you have more than 20, you are paranoid.
If you have 10 - 20, you are normal.
If you have 10 or less, you are fearless.

People who have none at all are liars!

----------------

I'm actually surprised by that. I thought I'd have a lot more being the paranoid twerp I am. And a few of the ones I x'd are more of a "only in come cases" answer. Like I'm not bothered by small cupboards and things like that, but small caves. And the idea of ghosts don't scare me, just I know I would be scared if I met one! :D

Well I haven't been abducted by aliens or sucked into a black hole from whence I have just returned. I have no idea really why I haven't been around. It seems to have gone so quick since I last uploaded anything. Freaky.

It's been that long since I took any pictures, I can't even remember what I last took. *scratches head*

But anyway, I'll be around more now and uploading. Muahuahuaha. :D

Ooh, and is anyone watching Wimbledon? Fancy us Brits having someone in the last 8 and the Americans and Australians having none. *gasp* I don't think that's happened in YEARS! But next he's playing Rafael Nadal. Jeez, that's unlucky. I'm sick of hearing about that long-haired-trouser-twitching Spainard. I think one of our commentators wants to marry him or something, he keeps going on about his animanl magnetism... *crickets chirp* ... I don't get it myself. He's a good player but come on. What's the point of having a tournament, if before they even start, everyone is going on about Nadal and Roger Federer in the final.

Oh, and if anyone hasn't seen Prince Caspian yet, don't read this next bit...........

I can't believe what they did to the poor Narnians at the castle! That was soo cruel and heartless. And they completely lingered on the drawbridge slowly closing, and all the cries of pain and to top it off, we saw all the dead bodies when the Griffin flew over. All to show the outcome of Piddly Peter and Caspian's ego battle. Why do they always have to make these type of things darker? The Narnia books don't get progessively darker as they go on (unlike HP) so why did they have to have complete slaughter? It's not like Narnians didn't die in actual battle but at least there was so much action you couldn't see everyone's demise. This was just wanton execution. I couldn't think of anything else for the rest of the film. Swines.

.....................

Ok, that was my rant. I had to let it out, lol. :P

Macro

Journal Entry: Sun Jun 8, 2008, 7:11 PM
Well I was mooching around the DA forum the other day, and I saw "macro" mentioned, and to be honest I wasn't too sure what macro was, so I looked it up and then I saw some macro images, which were pretty much a close-up of something with the background nicely blurred out (in most cases anyway), which is something I am REALLY envious of as everyone seems to get those kind of shots except me. And then something clicked in my brain, and I checked my camera instructions, and I have a macro setting as well, and I'm not too sure if I turned it on or if it has been on all this time (as some of my pictures are actually pretty good close-ups but I usually have to blur the background myself) so anyway, today I went to an open garden (a private garden open to the public) and I tried this macro out on flowers and things, so I'm going to start uploading them, and *hopefully* there will be a difference in the quality.

So, yeah that's all I wanted to say really. :D

And this nice old lady who helps look after the garden, saw me taking photos and asked if I was an artist. :XD: I just said I liked taking pictures. My mum said I should have told her I had an art exhibition and I'd only charge her £50 for the entrance fee. It made me feel better though after seeing this old guy with a camera the size of Big Ben and me with my little £70 clicker. :P

There were times when I thought it would take me months to do it, and other times I wondered what was wrong with me, and why it had taken so long but finally.... 1,000 pageviews!! *is a happy bunny*

I know it's not a lot in the great scheme of things, but for now I'm quite chuffed. :D

Many thanks to everyone who has visited, commented, favourited and every other type of 'ed. I really, really appreciate it.

I hath been tagged

  • Watching: The Bells of St. Mary's
  • Eating: My lip XD
So I was tagged by both :iconthe-white-lily: and :iconkissmealive: on their journals to do this tag thingy so here goes.

I need to say 8 things about myself, and then I tag 8 people who then proceed to tell 8 things about themselves, and then they tag eight people who then.... you get the idea. No tagging the person who tagged you though.

1. I love musicals. Both stage and film. Although I have only ever seen one musical on the stage and that was Cats.

2. I've only ever left the UK three times in my life, and each time I went to the same place, Disneyland Paris.

3. I hate cheese. With a passion.

4. I also hate J.K Rowling. With even more passion. *hiss*

5. I bite my lips. A lot. It's nervousness and concentration I guess. Either that or I'm some sort of mutated vampire as I often draw blood. XD

6. I think "TCM Scene It" is the best game in the world. Mainly because it's all about old movies (which I LOVE) and I practically always win. :D

7. I hate being in the sun, unless I'm well protected and even then not for long. I think people who don't realise the "lobster look" is not COOL are the dumbest people on the planet (but then again the sun did probably fry what little brains they had).

8. I'm really very opinionated (orly?) but I do try to hold my tongue to save unpleasantness. :-)

*bows and leaves the stage*

I now tag:
